abstract |
The present invention relates to a water-soluble overexpression and purification method of a human interferon alpha 2b (IFN alpha-2b) having biological activity, wherein a recombinant expression vector containing a solubility enhancing tag and an IFN alpha-2b gene to provide. Also provided is a recombinant microorganism transformed with the recombinant expression vector, and provides a method for producing the IFNα-2b recombinant protein. The purified IFNa-2b protein according to the present invention is expected to play an important role as a broad therapeutic agent for viral diseases. |
