abstract |
The present invention provides a method for sealing a battery case with an electrode lead interposed therebetween by pressing and heating an electrode lead and an excess portion located in an outer periphery of an electrode assembly receiving portion formed in a battery case in a battery cell manufacturing process (a) preparing an electrode assembly having a separator structure sandwiched between an anode, a cathode, and an anode and a cathode; (b) Pre-heating the electrode leads connected to one end or both ends of the electrode assembly; (c) inserting the electrode assembly into the electrode assembly receiving portion of the battery case; (d) pressing and heating and sealing the outer peripheries of the outer periphery of the electrode assembly receiving part except for one outer periphery adjacent to the outer periphery where the electrode leads are located; (e) injecting an electrolyte into the battery case through the unsealed one-side outer periphery, and further sealing the unsealed one-side outer periphery; (f) performing a charging / discharging process of the electrode assembly, and removing gas generated in the charging / discharging process. |
