titleOfInvention Detect Output Signals in the Crossbar Array
abstract A method of sensing an output signal in a crossbar array is described. In the method, a selection voltage is applied to the target memory element of the crossbar array. Also in the method, a non-selected voltage is applied to the non-target memory element of the crossbar array. Also in the method, using the sensing circuit, the target output associated with the target memory element is isolated from the sneak output based on the time delay between arrival of the target output and arrival of the sneak output, and the target output is sensed.
