| abstract |
The present invention provides an apparatus and a method for providing a VNF descriptor (VNFD) that allows resources such as storage to be shared among VDUs. A VNFD (Virtual Network Function) descriptor (VNFD) has an entry in the same layer as an information element of a VDU (Virtual Deployment Unit) to describe a definition of at least one predetermined device connected to the VDU, , A definition element including the device name of the device is associated with the device. The VNFD is received from the storage unit storing the VNFD, and an associated instance is generated. |
