abstract |
The present invention relates to a method for extracting nucleic acid from a biological sample, and the extraction method provides a novel method for efficiently extracting nucleic acid. When extracting nucleic acids from a conventional biological sample, ateuna failure to remove a variety of impurities present in the biological sample properly lower the purification rates, surface active agent and sodium sulfate in step and purification step of crushing a biological sample according to this invention (Na 2 SO 4 ) solution is added, nucleic acid extraction from a biological sample with improved bacterial recovery and nucleic acid recovery is provided, allowing more sensitive and accurate pathogen detection. |
