The present invention relates to sweet jelly of red bean paste comprising fast fermented soybeans and method for preparing thereof. The sweet jelly of red bean paste comprising fast fermented soybeans comprises: 100 parts by weight of fast fermented soybean powder; 150 to 400 parts by weight of red bean paste; 1 to 20 parts by weight of agar; 50 to 200 parts by weight of white sugar; 5 to 100 parts by weight of grain syrup using red balloon flower roots; 50 to 200 parts by weight of oligosaccharide; and 10 to 400 parts by weight of purified water, thereby exhibiting excellent effects on antioxidant ability and osteoporosis. |
