abstract |
The present invention relates to a composition for diagnosing colorectal cancer and a method for detecting a diagnostic marker, and more particularly, to a diagnostic marker and a method for detecting a marker of a colon cancer. More particularly, the present invention relates to a diagnostic marker for colon cancer, Or an expression level of the protein of the present invention, and a method for detecting the marker from a sample obtained from a subject to provide information necessary for diagnosing colorectal cancer. The colon cancer diagnostic markers of the present invention comprising KRS and AIMP1 have increased expression levels in the serum of colorectal cancer patients compared with the normal control. Thus, by measuring the expression levels of one or more markers selected from the group consisting of KRS and AIMP1, the presence or absence of colon cancer can be determined accurately and quickly. |
