abstract The present invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing a mask pack sheet, which extracts active ingredients from natural raw materials, applies a manufactured undiluted solution to a mask pack sheet, freeze-dries the mask pack sheet applied with the undiluted solution in a vacuum state, and cuts the same to manufacture the mask pack, a method thereof, and a mask pack manufactured thereby. According to the present invention, the undiluted solution of the natural raw materials is injected to a mask pack sheet, such that the undiluted solution of the natural raw materials is uniformly applied to the mask pack sheet, and the solution deeply penetrates the inside of the mask pack sheet and is dried. In addition, the present invention can be continuously performed in a vacuum state and reduce time taken in a freeze drying. The apparatus for manufacturing a mask pack comprises: a main body (100) which comprises an unwinding part, an injecting part, a freeze drying part and a winding part; an injecting device (200) for injecting an undiluted solution to the injecting part; a cooling device (300) for cooling down to meet conditions of freeze drying; a vacuum device (400) for forming a vacuum condition; a state detecting device (500) for detecting states of the temperature, vacuum and humidity; a dehumidifier (600) for removing humidity; a far infrared ray heater (800) for heating the mask pack sheet to sublimate moisture from a natural undiluted solution; and a control device (900) for controlling a transferring speed, a cooling temperature, and vacuum pressure of the mask pack sheet (10).
