abstract |
The present invention relates to cyanococcus sweet jelly of red beans with enhanced health functionality, and to a manufacturing method thereof. The present invention provides a novel form of high value added and functional cyanococcus sweet jelly of red beans which can easily intake effective ingredients of Chineses medicine extracts, while maintaining the flavor and aroma of the cyanococcus by adding the cyanococcus and the Chineses medicine extracts in a general sweet jelly of red beans manufacturing process. The cyanococcus and the Chineses medicine extracts are manufactured, and are added in a process for manufacturing the sweet jelly of red beans to manufacture the sweet jelly of red beans. The cyanococcus sweet jelly of red beans of the present invention is a very useful invention which can contribute to the promotion of public health and can contribute to stable sales of the cyanococcus cultivating farmers by promoting the consumption of the cyanococcus. |
