The present invention relates to a method for producing fish cake. More specifically, provided are fish cake using byproducts which are discarded during red snow crab processing steps, and a production method thereof. According to the present invention, the method for producing the fish cake comprises the following steps: a mixing step (S100) for preparing a mixture consisting of 60-70 wt% of tenderized fish meat, 9-12 wt% of starch, 1-2 wt% of table salt, and 15-25 wt% of a sauce of marinated red snow crab with respect to the total weight; a molding step (S200) for molding the mixture; and a finishing step (S300) for finishing making the fish cake by cooking the molded mixture. |
