abstract The present invention relates to a method for producing a solid substrate coated with a recombinant biomolecule to which a hydrophobic peptide is bound and a solid substrate prepared by the method. According to the method of the present invention, it is possible to manufacture a solid substrate on which a recombinant biomolecule is coated on a substrate in a self-assembling manner without any additional process. The substrate produced by the method of the present invention is suitable for 3D imaging of electron microscopes or atomic microscopes since the recombinant biomolecules are arranged according to the pattern.
