A coating method and related apparatus are provided. Such a device may include a stent. For example, the device may comprise a plurality of pores in the sidewall and sidewalls, wherein the plurality of pores in the sidewall are adapted to cause blood flow to the aneurysm through the sidewall when the tubular member is positioned adjacent to the aneurysm in the vessel, To a sufficient degree to cause the film to pass through. The device may also comprise an anti-thrombogenic coating distributed over at least a portion of the device so that the pores do not substantially have a web formed by the anti-thrombogenic coating. |
