abstract |
The present invention provides a method of treating primary progesterone receptor negative (PR-) endometrial cancer comprising administering (i) a cridanimod or a salt or ester thereof and (ii) a progesterone receptor (PR) agonist . The present invention provides a method of treating a subject suffering from a primary estrogen receptor negative, comprising administering (i) a chrysanthemum or salt or ester thereof and (ii) a selective estrogen receptor modulator (SERM) or a selective estrogen receptor downregulator (SERD) (ER-) breast cancer. Compositions related to the methods described above are also provided. |
