This disclosure discloses single nucleotide polymorphisms and haplotype markers that can predict the drug response of cinacalcet used in the treatment of secondary hyperparathyroidism. The haplotype marker according to the present invention can be used as a predictive index for the treatment of secondary hyperparathyroidism in patients with chronic renal disease, where the disease increases the risk of exchange rate and mortality. |
