abstract | The present invention relates to a method for synthesizing an anthraquinone derivative and a tetra-isocyanide derivative through a benzene ring-forming reaction, and this synthesis method provides a novel synthesis method which can be easily, easily and efficiently synthesized under mild conditions by an organic catalyst. This synthesis method is characterized in that an α, β-unsaturated aldehyde compound and various 1,4-naphthoquinone compounds or 1,4-naphthoquinone compounds or 1,4-naphthoquinone compounds are produced by using an L-proline catalyst which is nontoxic, Can be provided as one-pots of anthraquinone derivatives and tetracenadione derivatives through benzene cyclization of anthracenedione compounds. Various forms of anthraquinone derivatives or tetracendione derivatives prepared through this synthesis method can be widely used for the synthesis of natural products, dyes, and pharmaceuticals. |
