abstract |
The present invention provides a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating bone diseases and a method for screening for a therapeutic agent for bone diseases. The present invention for the first time suggests the role of Crk II in osteoclasts and osteoblasts, the two major cells involved in bone remodeling. The present invention inhibits the activity or expression of Crk II involved in bone remodeling, thereby suppressing the activity and expression of osteoclasts and promoting the activity and expression of osteoblasts. |
