The flame retardant paint composition that generates flame retardant gas through pyrolysis has a very excellent flame retardant effect when used as a coating material for combustible materials such as interior and exterior materials of buildings, paper, foam resin, fabric, etc., and thus can be usefully used for fire prevention.
