Targeted and individualized delivery of skincare treatments with micro-current in a mask or patch form |
abstract |
A facial treatment sheet with both a personalized skin care benefit agent and a customized iontophoretic micro-current zone delivers skin care treatments to a number of target areas of the skin to address individual user's different concerns do. The sheet is prepared by printing a skin benefit agent onto a degradable or non-degradable first substrate and then printing a micro current generator with a power source at a different location on the second substrate. The first substrate and the second substrate are assembled to form a transfer sheet. The microcurrent generator directly affects the treatment agent by promoting ionic migration of the beneficial agent or by transferring the microcurrent to the skin. |
