abstract (PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED) To protect a plurality of micro needles of a micro needle sheet. A micro needle sheet 1 of a micro needle sheet is provided with a micro needle sheet 5, a forming sheet 3 and a support 7. The micro needle sheet 5 has a base body 10 and a plurality of micro needles 11 formed on the lower surface of the base body 10. The molding sheet 3 is in close contact with the lower surface of the base 10 and has a plurality of micro recesses 13 in which a plurality of micro needles 11 are housed. The support 7 is fixed on the upper surface of the base 10 of the micro needle sheet 5 and is fixed to the molding sheet 3 around the base 10.
