abstract |
The present invention relates to a functional food composition using Cordyceps, particularly to a functional food composition for reducing body fat and improving bowel function by using Cordyceps, a preparation using the same, and a manufacturing method thereof. In the present invention, 100 parts by weight of Cordyceps sinensis (on a dry weight basis) having a cordycepin content of 1000 ppm or more; 10 to 200 parts by weight of a hydrolyzed water-soluble collagen having an average molecular weight of 800 to 11000 (on a dry weight basis); A functional food composition for reducing body fat and improving bowel function, comprising 10 to 100 parts by weight of corn boric acid (based on dry weight) is provided. The functional food composition according to the present invention is effective for decreasing body fat and improving bowel function, and can be used in a variety of fields such as foods and medicines. The functional food preparation according to the present invention is easy to take and has good taste. It can be taken easily. |
