titleOfInvention Organic light emitting diode
abstract An object of the present invention is to provide an organic light emitting device having a reliable lifetime even when driven in a high temperature environment higher than room temperature. The organic light emitting device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes an electron transporting layer having an excellent electron transporting or injecting property but being optimized not to inject holes, and a light emitting buffer layer positioned between the electron transporting layer and the organic light emitting layer. The light emitting buffer layer receives holes from the organic light emitting layer to minimize the interface deterioration of the organic light emitting layer by various combinations of the electron transporting layer and the light emitting buffer layer according to various embodiments of the present invention, The holes are prevented from flowing into the electron transporting layer, and the diffusing material constituting the electron transporting layer is not diffused into the organic light emitting layer, so that the fluctuation of the recombination zone is minimized. Therefore, an organic light emitting device having excellent lifetime can be realized.
