titleOfInvention | Hyaluronic acid-based hydrogel composition |
abstract | The present invention provides a hyaluronic acid-based hydrogel formed by crosslinking a biocompatible polymer selected from hyaluronic acid, hyaluronic acid salt, or a mixture thereof with a crosslinking agent. The hyaluronic acid-based hydrogel according to the present invention can effectively proliferate bone cells. In addition, when hyaluronic acid-based hydrogel according to the present invention encapsulates an osteogenesis-related substance such as an osteogenic growth factor, curcumin, bone formation-related substances can be continuously released for a long period of time. In addition, regulating the amount of osteogenic growth factor and curcumin encapsulated in hyaluronic acid-based hydrogel can maximize bone regeneration activity. Accordingly, the hyaluronic acid-based hydrogel according to the present invention can be used as a carrier for sustained release of bone formation-related substances or as a biocompatible scaffold for bone tissue regeneration. |
