| abstract |
The present invention relates to a coupling device for testing electronic components for coupling an electronic component supplied by a handler to a test board. A coupling device for testing electronic components according to the present invention includes a test chamber for receiving a test board for reading whether there is a defect for electronic components and a test chamber for converting a regression signal coming from the electronic components into a readable read signal, A transfer chamber for accommodating the transfer board, and a mounting block provided for movably mounting the transfer chamber relative to the test chamber.
