abstract |
The present invention relates to a coupling device for testing electronic components for coupling an electronic component supplied by a handler to a test board. A coupling device for testing electronic components according to the present invention includes a test chamber for receiving a test board for reading whether there is a defect for electronic components and a test chamber for converting a regression signal coming from the electronic components into a readable read signal, A transfer chamber for accommodating the transfer board, and a mounting block provided for movably mounting the transfer chamber relative to the test chamber. According to the present invention, since the movable chamber can be relatively moved with respect to the test chamber, the product assemblability, part replaceability and workability are improved. |
