abstract The present invention relates to a hyaluronic acid-containing composition comprising a DNA fraction in a crosslinked viscoelastic hyaluronic acid gel. More particularly, the present invention relates to a hyaluronic acid composition comprising a hyaluronic acid composition obtained by crosslinking hyaluronic acid under a basicity and a degree of crosslinking of 0.1% to 200%, and 0.1 to 50% by weight of a DNA fraction in the composition. The DNA fraction is selected, for example, from polynucleotides (PN), polydeoxyribonucleotides (PDRN). The compositions used for cosmetic or therapeutic purposes have improved viscoelastic flow properties and enzyme resistance.
