abstract | It is an object of the present invention to provide a compound and a pharmaceutical composition exhibiting excellent drug efficacy against tumors, particularly tumors that have acquired gemcitabine resistance. The present invention relates to a compound represented by the general formula [1] (Wherein R 1 represents a hydroxyl group which may be protected or an optionally substituted C 1-20 alkoxy group, and R 2 represents an optionally substituted C 1-20 alkoxy group or an optionally substituted C 3-8 cycloalkoxy group and the like, and R 3 represents a hydrogen atom or the like) or a salt thereof. Also provided are pharmaceutical compositions containing these thionucleoside derivatives or salts thereof. |
