abstract | The present invention provides a power conversion apparatus, capable of efficiently and stably performing direct current (DC)-DC conversion, and a power conversion method using the same. According to one embodiment of the present invention, a single inductor multiple output (SIMO) based power conversion apparatus comprises: an input power unit; an inductor unit including a single inductor to output inductor current based on input power of the input power unit; a plurality of output units to supply output power to a load based on the inductor current of the inductor unit; a plurality of error generation units to generate error information based on the output and reference power of each output unit; and an error selection unit to control operation of each output switch connecting each output unit and the inductor based on the error information supplied from each error generation unit. |
