The present invention relates to a process for producing a storage-stable polyurethane prepreg and a molded article (composite article) produced therefrom. (Meth) acrylate monomers, (meth) acrylate polymers, hydroxy-functionalized (meth) acrylate monomers, and / or hydroxy-functionalized (meth) acrylate monomers for the preparation of prepregs or parts. Acrylate polymers are mixed with the non-(meth) acrylic polyol and uretdione materials. According to known methods, this mixture or solution is applied to a fiber material, such as carbon fiber, glass fiber, or polymer fiber, and thermally polymerized by redox initiation or irradiation or plasma application. For example, after the polymerization at room temperature or below 80 캜, a thermoplastic or thermoplastic prepreg that can still be subsequently modified is produced. The hydroxy-functionalized (meth) acrylate component and the polyol can then be crosslinked with the urethidone already present in the system by the increased temperature. In this way, dimensionally stable thermosetting or crosslinked composites can be produced. |
