titleOfInvention Anti-reflection film and manufacturing method thereof
abstract The present invention provides a reflection preventive film improving diffused reflection performance and adhesive performance to increase durability and a manufacturing method thereof. The reflection preventive film comprises a base material layer, an upper end nanostructure layer and a lower end nanostructure layer. The base material layer is made of transparent material to allow light emitted from a displayer to be transmitted. The upper end nanostructure layer is stacked on one side of the base material layer and has a plurality of nanostructures protruding convexly therefrom to form a moth-eye pattern. The lower end nanostructure layer is stacked on the other surface of the base material layer, has a plurality of nanostructures concavely recessed therefrom to form an engraved pattern, and has an adhesive layer positioned between the nanostructures forming the engraved pattern to form a plane corresponding to the upper surface of the displayer. Diffused reflection is improved by the upper end nanostructure layer and the lower end nanostructure layer, and the adhesive surface of the lower end nanostructure layer is in close contact with the displayer to improve adhesive force.
