abstract The present invention provides a method for manufacturing Fortunella japonica tea having an enhanced antioxidant effect, which comprises the following steps: washing the Fortunella japonica (S1); cutting washed Fortunella japonica (S2); firstly drying Fortunella japonica (S3) which was cut in the step S2; adding a summer Citrus unshiu Peel extract and a Phyllanthus urinaria extract to manufacture syrup for preserving cut Fortunella japonica (S4); soaking and preserving the cut Fortunella japonica into the syrup (S5), in which the summer Citrus unshiu Peel extract and the Phyllanthus urinaria extract are contained, which were manufactured in the step S4; and secondarily drying the Fortunella japonica (S6) which was preserved in the syrup. Leached tea manufactured by the manufacturing method of the present invention has excellent antioxidation activity and is also excellent in taste and flavor when consumed.
