abstract The display device includes a first base substrate, an organic electroluminescent device, a second base substrate, a base layer, a conductive layer, and a filling pattern. The organic electroluminescent device is provided on the first base substrate. The second base substrate is provided on the organic electroluminescent device, and is divided into a light emitting region and a non-light emitting region. The base layer is provided between the organic electroluminescent device and the second base substrate. The conductive layer is provided between the base layer and the organic electroluminescent element. The filling pattern is provided between the base layer and the conductive layer and overlaps with a part of the conductive layer. The conductive layer overlaps the light emitting region and the non-light emitting region, covers the filling pattern, contacts the base layer, and partly contacts the organic electroluminescent element. The filling pattern includes a first filling pattern and a second filling pattern. The first filling pattern comprises an insulating material. The second filling pattern is provided on the first filling pattern and includes a conductive material having a resistance lower than the resistance of the conductive layer.
