The present invention relates to an accelerator for proliferation of skin keratinocyte stem cells comprising dipeptide for proliferation of skin keratinocyte stem cells having threonine-leucine (T-L) or mutants thereof as effective components, and to a cosmetic composition for improving skin conditions and a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating skin diseases comprising the accelerator for proliferation. The dipeptide induces activities of proliferation of skin keratinocyte stem cells and secretion of cell growth factors, thereby showing effects of improving skin regenerative power or skin elasticity, and being widely used in cosmetics or medical fields. |
