abstract |
In order to produce a composite part (1) having an internally molded part (2) having an opening (3) accessible from the outside, the molded part is introduced into a molding tool, Layer 11 is applied. The cavity between the molded part 2 and the sheath layer 11 is filled with an insulating plastic foam 12 which is foamed in the molding tool and connects the molded part to the sheath layer. After the mold release, a composite part having a good-quality surface formed by the shell layer is provided. Composite components of this type are preferably used for connection of adiabatic pipelines. |
