abstract | The present invention relates to liquid phase catalyst compositions for removing hydrogen sulfide of biogas which, more specifically, comprises: iron (Fe) salt; a complex containing a copolymer comprising a monomer of formula 1 below, an acrylic acid monomer, and a maleic acid monomer; and water. According to the present invention, the composition for removing sulfide prepared by using Fe salt and a polymerization composition exhibits chelate stability and an effect of removing sulfide which are an improvement over existing Fe salt-EDTA or Fe salt-NTA. In addition, when a compound of the chemical formula 1 is used at content in a certain range and acrylic acid and maleic acid are used, stability of Fe salt and efficiency of removing hydrogen sulfide are excellent and the method has economic efficiency. Accordingly, the liquid-type desulfurization composition of the present invention can replace a salt-EDTA system previously used to remove sulfide. (In chemical formula 1, R_1 is a hydrogen or methyl group, and R_2 is a C_1 to C_4 akylene group, and R_3 is hydrogen or a linear or branched C_1 to C_4 alkyl group, and n is an integer of 1 to 3, and m x n is an integer of 1 to 25.) |
