abstract Provided is a composition for inducing differentiation of mammary epithelial cell comprising adiponectin as an active ingredient. According to a method for enhancing cell differentiation efficiency of MAC-T cells of the present invention, adiponectin is used as a novel differentiation inducing material of small epithelial cells, so MAC-T cells can be differentiated into casein secreting cells (milk secreting cells) with high efficiency and expression of casein genes is effectively enhanced. Accordingly, the milk secreting amount can be effectively enhanced.
