abstract |
The present invention relates to fat and oil derived from Tenebrio molitor containing a large amount of functional fat components with the high content of unsaturated fatty acid. The present invention further relates to a production method thereof. The fat and oil derived from Tenebrio molitor contains 20-50 wt% of unsaturated fatty acid in entire fatty acid while containing the large amount of -3 and -6 polyunsaturated fatty acid, thereby exhibiting excellent properties in terms of nutrition and health. |
