titleOfInvention Manufacturing method of barley drink and barley drink manufactured by thereof
abstract Disclosed are a method for producing a barley beverage, and to a barley beverage produced through the method. The method comprises: a moisture supplying step of adding 6 to 16 parts by weight of raw water with respect to 100 parts by weight of barley, and stationing the same for 30 minutes to 1 hour and 30 minutes; a roasting step of roasting the barley from the moisture supplying step under an atmosphere of 220 to 230C for 10 to 30 minutes; and an extracting step of producing a barley extract by adding 100 parts by weight of the barley from the roasting step into 900 to 1100 g of raw water preheated at 85 to 95C, taking out barley after stationing the same for 20 to 40 minutes, and producing a barley extract. According to the present invention, a barley beverage can be produced by using barley or barley-related materials such as discarded barley bran. Thus, the barley beverage can sufficiently show the effects of barley, such as health improvement and diet effects.
