abstract |
The objective of the present invention is to provide a more safe and effective preparation method of ginsenoside Rd. Alpha-galactosidase derived from Aspergillus sp. and Penicillium sp. is reacted with ginsenoside Rb1, Rb2, and Rc (in a single or a complex ginsenoside form) or a mixture containing one or more of the ginsenosides, so the ginsenoside Rd is produced with high yield. The ginsenoside Rd can be produced with a high conversion rate by making the alpha-galactosidase derived from Aspergillus sp. and Penicillium sp. react with ginsenoside Rb1, Rb2, and Rc (in a single or a complex ginsenoside form). |
