More specifically, the present invention relates to a porous membrane having a specific enzyme immobilized thereon by a dead- The present invention relates to an enzyme-immobilized porous membrane and an antibiotic using the same. According to various embodiments of the present invention, an enzyme capable of promoting the synthesis reaction of antibiotics can be stably fixed to the porous membrane using the dead-end filtering method. In addition, an antibiotic having a high yield can be provided by preparing an antibiotic through a dead-end filtration method using the porous membrane with the enzyme fixed thereto.
