abstract The present invention relates to a weather resistant thermoplastic resin, a thermoplastic resin composition containing the thermoplastic resin composition and a method for producing the composition, and more particularly, to a weather resistant thermoplastic resin having a) a hard core having a refractive index of 1.530 to 1.590, b) (Meth) acrylate compound and a crosslinking agent, and c) a non-crosslinked hard shell wrapped around the crosslinked rubber layer and polymerized with an aromatic vinyl compound and a vinyl cyan compound A thermoplastic resin composition containing the thermoplastic resin, and a method for producing the composition. According to the present invention, there is provided an effect of providing a weather resistant thermoplastic resin having excellent rigidity and impact resistance, particularly surface gloss and coloring property, a thermoplastic resin composition containing the same, and a method for producing the composition.
