abstract |
The present invention relates to a method for producing an ophthalmic solution containing thymosin beta 4. According to the method of the present invention, the contact between thymosin beta 4 and oxygen is prevented by preparing an ophthalmic solution containing thymosin beta4 in the presence of an inert gas. Since the maltodextrin β4 is not denatured by oxygen and can remain active for a long time, the ophthalmic product produced by the production method of the present invention can stably maintain the pharmacological activity of thymosin β4 for a long period of time. |
