abstract |
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a micro-needle, which comprises the following steps: preparing a circular plate mold having an embossed carving or a depressed engraving which corresponds to the shape of the micro-needle; coating the circular plate mold with a UV hardened resin, and hardening the same to prepare a depressed engraving UV master film with a large surface; coating the depressed engraving UV master film with raw materials of the micro-needle, and hardening the same to mold the micro-needle; and attaching an adhesive sheet to the raw materials of hardened micro-needle, to separate the micro-needle from the depressed engraving UV master film. |
