In this specification, a composition for promoting hair loss prevention or hair growth, comprising ginseng-derived exosome-like vesicles, and a method for producing the composition are disclosed. The exosome-like vesicles derived from ginseng may have a diameter of 20 to 500 nm and may be separated from ginseng roots. The above composition has an effect of inducing hair growth by activating dermal papilla cells (DPCs) by containing exosome-like vesicles derived from ginseng as an active ingredient. |
