titleOfInvention Method for producing obliquely-stretched film
abstract A method of producing an oblique stretched film has an oblique stretching step and a relaxation step. In the oblique stretching step, the direction in which the film is transported in the oblique stretching zone Z2-2 is changed on the way, and the film is stretched in the oblique direction with respect to the width direction. In the relaxation process, the residual stress of the film due to warp stretching is relaxed in the relaxation zone (Z3) where the transport direction of the film is constant after the oblique stretching process. In the oblique stretching zone Z2-2, a first temperature distribution in which the temperature on the preceding side is lower by 1 占 폚 to 15 占 폚 than the temperature on the retarding side is formed. In the relaxation zone Z3, a second temperature distribution is formed in which the temperature on the preceding side becomes 5 占 폚 to 30 占 폚 higher than the temperature on the retarding side. The temperature of the oblique stretching zone Z2-2 is 5 占 폚 to 40 占 폚 higher than the temperature of the relaxation zone Z3.
