abstract | The present invention relates to a skin external application agent composition including chelidonic acid as an active ingredient. More specifically, the present invention relates to a skin aging prevention, anti-oxidation, or anti-inflammation skin external application agent composition including chelidonic acid as an active ingredient. The skin external application agent composition including chelidonic acid as an active ingredient according to the present invention prevents the degradation of skin elasticity and promotes skin moisturization by promoting the generation of hyaluronic acid and the expression of a synthetic enzyme, controls skin wrinkles and promotes the regeneration of skin by promoting the collagen synthesis of skin fibroblasts and controlling a collagenase activity, shows an anti-oxidant effect by removing free radicals, and has an excellent anti-inflammatory effect ensured by controlling the generation of NO in charge of inflammation reaction. Thus, the skin external application agent composition can be used as an active ingredient which is effective for a functional skin external application agent composition. |
