abstract The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a composite panel having an edge formed using coffee waste and a composite panel manufactured thereby, and more specifically, to a method of forming a pattern of the composite panel edge by using coffee beans and spent coffee discarded after processing coffee; and to a composite panel manufactured thereby. The present invention comprises: a coffee waste preparation step in which coffee waste is collected and prepared for processing; a composite resin production step in which liquid resins are mixed to produce a composite resin; a central frame member preparation step in which a central frame member having the composite resin bonded thereto is prepared; an edge mold unit mounting step in which an edge mold unit is mounted to inject and cure the composite resin in an edge of the central frame member; a composite resin injection and curing step in which the composite resin is injected and cured in the edge mold unit to form the edge integrated with the central frame member; a surface member bonding step in which a surface member is bonded by an adhesive to upper and lower surfaces of the edge and the central frame member; and an edge processing step in which the edge having the surface member bonded thereto is processed to form the central frame member, the edge, and the surface member in a single body.
