The production method comprises: a first step of producing yogurt using lactobacillus; a second step of selecting cereals or nuts; a third step of mixing lactobacillus yogurt into the selected materials; a fourth step of rapidly cooling a mixture of the third step; a fifth step of lyophilizing the mixture; and a sixth step of cutting and packaging the lyophilized mixture. |
