abstract |
The present invention relates to a flexible transparent electrode having a multilayered TiO_2/Ag/TiO_2 structure. More specifically, the flexible transparent electrode having a multilayered TiO_2/Ag/TiO_2 structure comprises a Ag metal layer and TiO_2 layers deposited on the top and bottom surfaces of the Ag metal layer. The thickness of the Ag metal layer is 11-25 nm. The thickness of the TiO_2 layer is 20-80 nm. According to the present invention, the flexible transparent electrode exhibits high transmittance comparable to a conventional ITO electrode, has a low surface resistance value, and is manufactured by a room temperature deposition process to be manufactured on a polymer substrate without requiring a high temperature heat treatment. |
