The present invention relates to a process for preparing a catalyst for oxidation reaction of a metal-organic skeleton (MOF) -based alcohol, and more particularly, to a process for producing a catalyst for the oxidation reaction of HKUST-1 by high temperature pyrolysis, By using an organic base and establishing optimum reaction conditions together, it is possible to achieve a high yield for various substrates and to improve the stability and reproducibility of the catalyst compared to conventional conventional HKUST-1.
