The present invention relates to an octopus-derived antimicrobial peptide analogue Ov1-1, Ov1-2 and an antimicrobial composition containing the same. The antimicrobial peptide analogue according to the present invention is newly designed to be commercialized with peptides having excellent antimicrobial activity derived from octopus. Namely, the number of amino acids is designed so as to enable commercialization, and the antimicrobial activity is excellently achieved both in vivo and in vitro, thereby solving the problem that the parent peptide significantly reduces the antimicrobial activity in vitro of the octopus. In addition, despite the commercialization, the problem of reducing the antimicrobial activity due to the structural change caused by the synthesis was solved. |
