The present invention relates to: a single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) marker capable of being usefully used in detecting Haliotis gigantea; a primer set for gene amplification, comprising the marker; a kit comprising the primer set; and a method for detecting Haliotis gigantea by performing polymerase chain reaction using the primer set and, more specifically, to a technique for detecting Haliotis gigantea using a more rapid and economical manner than conventional techniques through a primer for detecting an SNP marker. |
